The Job:

• Contact and locate delinquent customers through available contact information to discuss account status.
• Discuss and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements based on approved collection guidelines.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment
  
• Identify and escalate uncooperative or high-risk accounts when necessary.
• Ensure that collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and data privacy guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

• You live in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan — preferably Sapang Palay, Citrus, Minuyan, or Fatima.
• Field collection experience is an advantage.
• You have a valid and updated Driver’s License and own a registered motorcycle.
• You are familiar with the assigned area.
• You are comfortable using a smartphone, mobile applications and computer literate.
• Professional, responsible, and able to handle customers with a respectful but firm collection approach.
