The Job
Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
The Ideal Candidate
You Live in Bulakan Bulacan or nearby area
Field collection experience is required
Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle
Computer literate
